Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

At Festaan, we want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Here’s how our return process works:

Change of Mind & Exchanges

If you’ve had a change of mind or would like to exchange an item, you may request a return within 30 days.
We operate under a Green Return Policy, which means you may not need to send the item back.
Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used for future purchases.
If you prefer an exchange, you can use your store credit to select a new item from our store.

Refunds (Faulty or Damaged Products Only)

Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged products.
This applies to the product itself, not to minor damage to packaging.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. After confirmation, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

At Festaan, we take pride in being a trusted store that values customer satisfaction. We are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring every order reaches you.

However, unexpected shipping delays may sometimes occur.

Please do not file a chargeback with your bank for delayed orders. When a chargeback is opened: The process can take weeks or months to resolve.Your case is frozen, and we cannot process refunds until the bank review is complete.The dispute goes through multiple steps, involving your bank and payment provider. Instead, reach out to us first. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we guarantee to refund you or provide an alternative solution.

Lost or Stolen Orders

If the courier confirms that your package has been delivered, Festaan is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been confirmed as delivered.

Processing Time for Returns & Refunds

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email notification.
Refunds for faulty products will be processed to your original payment method.
Store credit for change of mind or exchanges will be issued as a gift card.
