Order Confirmation & Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is processed (within 1–3 business days), you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Orders are shipped using the fastest available service and may be handled by your local post office or courier for final delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping across the USA, making your shopping experience with Festaan even more enjoyable.

Standard Delivery: 7–12 business days

Carriers: UniUni, CJPacket Ordinary, USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on location and availability).

Please note: Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Track Your Order

You can track your order anytime using the tracking number sent to your email.

Tracking updates may take time to appear at certain checkpoints—we appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—you may return it once it arrives (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

Where Do We Ship From?

At Festaan, we work with trusted warehouses and logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Your order will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse based on stock availability and shipping efficiency.

This ensures your package is delivered as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to speed up delivery. Don’t worry if items arrive separately—the remaining products will be on their way shortly.

If any item does not arrive, contact us—we’ll ensure you receive either a refund or a replacement.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

At Festaan, we are committed to delivering every order to our customers.

If shipping delays occur, we kindly ask you to reach out to us first before filing a chargeback with your bank.

Filing a chargeback freezes the process and can delay resolution for weeks.

Instead, if your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we will either refund you or provide a suitable solution.

Your patience and cooperation help us serve you better.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Orders

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier, Festaan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

Check with neighbors or household members.
Contact your local post office or courier (sometimes packages are held for pickup).
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered. For further assistance, please reach out directly to the courier.
